Buyer Terms

Last updated: October 13, 2026
Plain terms for buying an app from EZDeals4U. No fine-print traps. If anything here isn't clear, ask us at [email protected].

What you get

Who makes the apps

Many apps on EZDeals4U are made by independent developers who list them with us. We market and sell their apps, and we hold them to our standards before listing. The developer is responsible for their app working as described and for fixing issues; we route your support request to the right place and stand behind your purchase.

The seller's support commitment

Every app lists a support commitment from its developer: in plain words, what you get after you buy (for example, "bug fixes for 12 months," "updates for the life of the app," or "as-is, no further support"). It is shown on the app's page before you buy, so you know exactly what you are getting. Read it, because it is part of what you are paying for.

That commitment stays in force even if the developer later leaves EZDeals4U. A developer can stop selling here, but under our Seller Agreement they remain bound to the commitment they made to buyers who already purchased, for the window they declared. If a developer leaves, we will give you their declared commitment and a way to reach them. We are not the developer's guarantor, but a developer who abandons a commitment they made is not welcome back on the platform.

If an app is removed from the store, what you already bought stays yours. We may stop selling an app at any time (a developer withdraws it, it stops meeting our standards, or we discontinue it). That only stops new sales — it does not take away a copy you already purchased. Your purchase stays in your records to re-download, your updates and the developer's support commitment continue for the window declared, and your refund rights for that purchase are unchanged.

Important: we only cover what you buy from us

Some apps are also sold on other stores or by the developer directly. We can only stand behind a copy you purchased through EZDeals4U. If you bought the same app somewhere else, your support, updates, and refunds for that copy come from wherever you bought it, not from us. Buying through EZDeals4U is what entitles you to our testing, support routing, and buyer protection.

Refunds

14-day limited refund. Because our apps are downloadable software you keep, sales are generally final. However, within 14 days of purchase we will issue a refund if: (1) the app fails and we are unable to fix the problem; or (2) we determine, after reviewing the circumstances, that a refund is warranted. In all cases we honor the consumer-protection rights granted by the laws of the state or country where you purchased. If an app doesn't activate or doesn't work as described, contact us first — we'll work with the developer to make it right, which usually resolves the issue without a refund. Refunds apply to purchases made through EZDeals4U only.

Fair use

Apps you buy are for your own use under the developer's license. Don't redistribute, resell, or pirate them.

Dispute resolution & arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes between you and EZDeals4U are resolved.

Informal resolution first. If you have a problem, contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Most issues are settled this way.

Binding arbitration. If we can't resolve it, you and EZDeals4U agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Arbitration is less formal than a lawsuit; a neutral arbitrator decides the dispute, and the arbitrator's decision is enforceable like a court judgment.

No class actions. Disputes will be handled only on an individual basis. You and EZDeals4U each waive the right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action, and the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

Coordinated (mass) filings. If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are filed by or with the help of the same or coordinated lawyers, the demands will be handled together in staged batches rather than all at once: a small number of representative ("bellwether") cases are arbitrated first, and their outcomes guide a negotiated or arbitrated resolution of the rest. Filing and administrative fees for the batch are allocated as the arbitrator directs. This keeps the process fair and prevents it from being used as a pressure tactic through sheer volume. Any limitation period is paused for claims waiting in a batch.

What is carved out. Either party may still (1) bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and (2) seek an injunction or other equitable relief in court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property. Nothing here waives any right you have that cannot be waived under the law where you live.

Your right to opt out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your name and order. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.

Governing law. These terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of the state where EZDeals4U is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where the law of your home state or country gives you rights that cannot be overridden.
